Day 27 - Emeralds are Pretty.

My kid free days seem to bring out the best in my art...gives me time to sit quietly and breathe it in. The inks and the colours seem more vibrant...a little crooked house, a daydream... a touch of beauty...maybe one day I'll run away to this little crooked yellow house. With book Pages for wallpaper, and swirly smoke. Who wouldnt want a house with bookpage wallpaper.

This little art journal was bought from a random cheap shop in Armidale, not expect much from it, its become very close to my heart in a very short time.

A huge labour of love, and by huge I mean its taken me a very long time! This ball of yarn was never ending, but alas the finshed product was well worth the hours of knitting...from the loungeroom, to waiting lines, to the car, this little shawl to be has been with me in my handbag for many weeks...and I love it.
Tomororow I'll blog her blocked and buttoned...but for now...shes off the needles.

enjoy your wednesday night
learn a new language...its beautiful.
