Both kids are out of the house today, so the quiet moments were spent at my little coffee table with my supplies. Working on stray bits of canvas paper, and busting into a new journal while my other one is still not in my possession.
a painting I'm working on, she needs a bit more tinkering I think, her face is starting to annoy me, so shes in the naughty corner till I can work out whats going to make her finished.
adding to a few pages in my moleskine, a girl who's proportions are way outta whack, but I really do love her.
and the new journal, which I've coveted for quite a few months now, I finally got it off the bookshelf today, to start layering down colours. I think I want this one to be a day to day account of my life, through photos and things, who knows what will happen with it... shall see...need inspiration..any ideas?

You have no idea how nice it is to see you posting again! My feed reader was so sad not to have a post from you in it! Make this journal the one you can put anything and everything into eh?! Make it the I can always use this journal. ;) Ideas... make something totally out of your box... sketch a landscape, with just one tiny flower blooming in it. Or a girl maybe standing tiny and far away on a little hilltop. How's that?!
